How to prepare Carrot Juice

Preparing carrot juice only requires very simple steps to follow.

Instruction

  1. Wash and chop the carrots.
  2. Add them to the blender or food processor. Blend until the carrots are chopped finely or mashed. If the carrots are too dry, simply add a little water or milk to get everything moving.
  3. Pour your carrot juice into a large jug and add half a liter of water (500mL).
  4. Let stand for 30 minutes
  5. To spice your juice up, try adding the juice of a few oranges/lemon.
  6. Pour into a glass over ice.
